Connect 2024 Button Wall

BMC Connect is a three-day conference hosted in Las Vegas that explores the future of digital transformation, AI, and business automation. As a long-time client, BMC partnered with Mitosis to design an interactive 10' x 8' wall made up of 1” buttons, which attendees could take and wear during the event. The challenge was to create an engaging experience that aligned with the conference’s forward-thinking theme.

To kick off the project, I collaborated with the Mitosis team to brainstorm and conceptualize the wall’s design. We aimed to strike a balance between bold, interactive design and functionality, ensuring that the wall would not only capture attention but also enhance the guest experience.

Once the final design was selected by both the Mitosis team and the client, I was responsible for refining and finalizing all design files, ensuring they met technical specifications for printing. This was critical to ensuring the wall was executed perfectly, with every button and element matching the visual standards we set out to achieve.

Digital Ad Sets

I designed and executed two large-scale digital ad campaigns for a client, each serving a distinct marketing goal.

The first campaign promoted the client’s presence at an in-person event. It consisted of a cohesive set of seven digital ads designed to drive booth traffic by highlighting the client’s attendance, booth number, and an incentive for attendees. The ads were visually engaging and cohesive with BMC’s established brand.

The second campaign was a highly targeted digital initiative aimed at specific credit unions. It consisted of 282 unique ad sets, each with seven ad sizes, creating a large-scale yet cohesive asset library. The objective was to drive credit unions to sign up for BMC’s product, requiring strict visual consistency while allowing for customized credit union names across all formats. The core design was approved in advance by both the Mitosis team and BMC’s marketing team. From there, I efficiently produced all ad sets using a master template, linking a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to Adobe Illustrator to dynamically populate copy for each individual credit union.

Two-Page Doc

I redesigned an existing “Industry Snapshot” document using the client’s established template, focusing on improving visual hierarchy, readability, and overall flow. By thoughtfully organizing the provided content, I enhanced clarity and visual appeal while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to the client’s guidelines.
